The three highest-priced home sales in Sea Cliff last month ranged from $969,000 to $1.45 million. 

The priciest Sea Cliff home sold in October was a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath colonial on .23 acres at 301 Prospect Ave. that sold for $1.45 million. It was listed by Allison Hollander of Compass and sold by her Compass colleagues Elizabeth Markovic and Nina Czerepak. 

A 4-bedroom, 3-bath colonial on .29 acres at 20 Horace Ave. fetched $1.259 million. It was listed by Terry Sciubba of Signature Premier Properties and sold by Jenna Williams of Compass. 

At 12 Sea Cliff Ave., a 4-bedroom, 1-bath colonial on .50 acres went for $969,000. It was listed and sold by Damian Ross of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.
