Roslyn is now home to Ali Weiss Jewelry. The 1,350-square-foot shop is located at 1085 Northern Blvd.
Started in 2005, the brand comprises 14-karat pieces that range in price form $125 to $6,000.
This is the second shop for Weiss, who opened a location in 2021 in Armonk.
Weiss learned to make custom pieces, and about the industry’s business process, while working alongside designer Helen Ficalora.
With a style described as “fun and edgy,” Weiss applies a no-rules-anything-goes flair, and favors layering, mixing and even wearing diamonds with sweats.
She hired a specialist for those wanting ear piercings to ensure a safe and “easy piercing experience” for clients.
Weiss’ custom-designed pieces have debuted at trunk shows across the country, including on Long Island, where she developed a customer base, which is why she chose to open a location in Roslyn.
Billy Ceglia, with offices in Connecticut and Florida, designed the Roslyn shop’s interior.
